Andrew C. Craft, M.S., CFP®, ChFC®
Founder, President, and Senior Financial Advisor
Andrew began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 with a Savings & Loan in Houston, Texas. In January of 2000, he joined a national company as a Financial Advisor, transferring to Knoxville in the spring of 2006 to become the lead advisor of the team serving the faculty, staff, and coaches at the University of Tennessee. In 2024 he was recognized by Forbes* as a Best-In-State Financial Security Professional. Now, he focuses on a select number of clients who benefit from the value of his choice to be independent.
Before joining the financial services industry, Andrew worked on a Colorado dude ranch in the middle of the Pike National Forest. During this time he learned some important principles that have stuck with him. As a wrangler he educated the guests about horses and riding. The surroundings were a beautiful testament to God’s glory, while the western attire, cook-outs, and square dances inspired enthusiasm for riding the range. Occasionally while leading a ride he would come across a treacherous path, divergent trail, or some other problem for which his experience and guidance was essential. His goal was always to help the guests return to the ranch after a safe and enjoyable ride. As a financial planner, Andrew has found that the best way to help his clients reach their goals is to educate, inspire, and guide them along the path that lies ahead.
He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant®, and he has also earned his Master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Missouri. His capstone work for the program was the development of an internal Financial Wellness metric that helps him and his teammates track the growth in their clients’ abilities to pursue and obtain their goals. Currently he is a PhD student in Financial Planning at Kansas State University.
Andrew lives in Farragut with his wife Paige and has three sons: Luke, Marshall, and Cooper. He enjoys spending time with his family, whether playing games at home, hiking in the Smoky Mountains, or visiting other national parks, reading historical fiction, playing soccer, watching football (both Texas and Tennessee) and studying God’s word.

Jeff Bronner M.S., CRPC®
Associate Financial Advisor
Jeff began his career in financial advising in the fall of 2021. Prior to entering the industry, he was an 8th grade English teacher. His time teaching was spent creating goals with his students, analyzing obstacles, and carefully crafting lessons to guide his students to their desired destinations. Now, Jeff uses the same techniques in his practice; he helps clients create goals, analyzes their obstacles, and guides them through their retirement journey. The satisfaction of inspiring his students is still felt as he helps his clients realize their financial goals.
Jeff has a Masters of Science in Education and has also received the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant®. As an educator, Jeff understands the necessity of clear communication, authenticity, and preparation—all of which are essential elements of any well managed classroom or financial planning practice. As a Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant®, Jeff specializes in navigating pensions, social security, and other fixed income strategies; public service retirement plan offerings; medicare; and military benefits.
Jeff is married to his wife of 7 years, Paige, and the Lord has blessed them with three beautiful children: Thomas, Walter, and Penelope. When Jeff and Paige are not taking a family walk after dinner, reading books aloud to their children, or enjoying fellowship with friends from church, they can be found consumed in a competitive game of cards, watching the Vols storm the SEC, or enjoying their favorite movies together.
Lydia Alford
Client Service Associate
Lydia began assisting financial advisors in June of 2019 and has worked in administrative and customer service roles since graduating from Belhaven University in April of 2011. Lydia has also taught dance for 15 years and finds fulfillment in helping students and clients to learn/grow, make educated choices and meet their personal or financial goals.

She teaches dance in the evenings at Fuzion School of the Arts in Jefferson City and began homeschooling and participating in Classical Conversations in the Fall of 2024.
